We do not recommend shipping an order to an address that you cannot guarantee that you will be present upon delivery to receive the order. This includes hotels, other temporary lodging, and lockers. All delivery dates given by our shipping couriers are estimates and not guarantees so please plan accordingly. MiiR is not responsible for packages that you are not able to receive upon delivery. We are not able to accept any requests to forward the shipment to a new address while in transit.
If the package is unable to be delivered and is returned to our warehouse as "return to sender" or a refused shipment, we will reach out to you confirming the reason for the return. If you would like us to reship the package we will ask for an updated shipping address. If you no longer want to order you will be refunded for the cost of the products, but any shipping costs are nonrefundable.
