Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order. MiiR is not responsible for packages getting lost or misdelivered due to the wrong shipping address being provided. We do not offer refunds on misdelivered packages, but reach out to hello@miir.com with the correct address and we can get a replacement shipped out.
If the package is unable to be delivered and is returned to our warehouse as "return to sender" or a refused shipment, we will reach out to you confirming the reason for the return. If you would like us to reship the package we will ask for an updated shipping address. If you no longer want to order you will be refunded for the cost of the products, but any shipping costs are nonrefundable.
