Missing Package Marked as Delivered
Please allow up to one week from the noted date of delivery for the order show up before reaching out. Oftentimes, a package is prematurely marked as delivered or delivered to a neighbor, but finds its way to the right place within a few days.
Still can’t find your package? Try checking:
- Behind or around outdoor furniture
- Front, back, or side door locations
- For apartments, check with the main office
Please contact the carrier if it has been more than 2 hours since you got a delivery notification.
Lost in Transit
If an order appears to be stuck in transit, please allow one week for the shipping courier to sort it out. If there are no updates after a week, we are happy to investigate the situation further.
Stolen Packages
MiiR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by our shipping couriers. Please make sure that your address is correct and safe for delivery.
