Returns of products that are not in new, resalable condition with all original packaging will not be refunded. If you believe your MiiR product is subject to a manufacturer defect that might fall under our Lifetime Warranty, please fill out our warranty form miir.com/pages/warranty-claim and we will be happy to replace it with blank MiiR product. There is no need to ship your item back unless we request you do so.
