MiiR drinkware, kitchenware, accessories, apparel, and bags carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defects for the life of the product. MiiR will replace any product found to be defective in materials or workmanship within the scope of normal and appropriate use. Replacement parts will be utilized to address defects when available. Please note that normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, stains, and other marks are not covered under the MiiR warranty. Additionally, this warranty does not cover products that have been altered in any way, improperly maintained, or misused, abused, or neglected.

Broken/Leaking Lids and Gaskets
If your lid or gasket breaks or you notice a leak due to a defect please contact our Warranty Department at hello@miir.com. Please note you will be required to send us a photo of your lid and Give Code, located on the base of your product, to validate the claim.
Vessels that seem to have lost their insulating properties
You can test the insulation of your vessel at home with very hot water. Pour hot water directly into the vessel, filling it all the way to the brim. Do not hold the vessel while filling with boiling water. Also, do not place the cap over the flask. After a couple minutes, feel the outside of the vessel. If you feel any hot spots, the insulation has been compromised and you are eligible for a warranty replacement. Please note that in this case “vessel” does not include single wall products as they are not intended to insulate.
Rattling Vessels
If you hear a rattling sound within your MiiR product what has likely happened has to do with a tiny piece of metal welded inside the walls to act as a moisture trap during the vacuum insulation process. Occasionally this piece can be dislodged and cause rattling. This will not impact the performance of your vessel, but MiiR will honor the replacement of your vessel.
Vessels that are damaged during the shipping process
Please contact our Customer Support team if you ordered your vessel from MiiR.com and it has arrived damaged. You may be required to mail the damaged product back in which case we will email you a shipping label to return the damaged vessel. In most cases damage can be confirmed by emailing pictures of the product and the package it was received in to hello@miir.com. A replacement vessel will be mailed to you once damage is confirmed either by inspecting the returned product or through photo evidence.
For products purchased from one of MiiR’s retail partners all claims of products damaged in shipping must be directed to the original point of purchase. This includes purchases made through the MiiR store on Amazon.com. If you are located outside of the United States, we can direct you to the distributor nearest you to handle your claim.

Warranty claims will only be approved by MiiR if the product was purchased from a MiiR dealer or MiiR.com. Warranty claims for products purchased from the MiiR store on Amazon.com must be processed through Amazon directly. This warranty is limited to the usable lifetime of the MiiR product. The warranty provided by MiiR only covers manufacturing defects and does not include any damage or defect caused by, whether directly or indirectly, any of the following: improper use or misuse of the product, damage or defect caused by cleaning, disassembling, alterationing, or modifying; or damage or defect caused by or resulting from wear and tear, abuse, fire, or Force Majeure.
Please note your Warranty Claim will be replaced with a vessel of the same size and color. If the size and color are no longer available, it will be replaced by one of similar size and color of equal or greater MSRP value. For Limited Time Offerings we will do our best to replace your product with an identical product. If an identical product is not available we will replace it with an equivalent product based on availability. Unfortunately, replacements under warranty cannot be customized. If you have a product with a custom logo, we are not able to screen print or engrave the artwork on your return product. Those that have purchased engraved products through our personalization on MiiR.com will get a laser etched product as a replacement under our warranty replacement policy.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE WARRANTY OFFERED BY MIIR FOR THE PRODUCTS AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF USE OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. MIIR’S LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO ITS PRODUCTS IS LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES ONLY, AND MIIR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL MIIR’S LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM EXCEED THE MSRP OF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT.
