Any Wide Mouth Bottles or Tumblers that come with either the Leakproof Straw Lid, Hatchback Chug Lid, or Press-fit Straw Lids are not recommended to use with boiling hot beverages with those specific lids. We don't recommend these lids for boiling hot beverages due to how fast liquid comes out when drinking from them, which makes it hard to gauge the temperature and easy to burn your mouth.
Our vacuum-insulated vessels keep hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold. Because of the vacuum insulation, there is no transfer of heat or cold to the outside of the vessel. If you would like to use the All Day Straw Cup or Straw Tumbler for hot beverages, we would recommend changing out the lid to our large sized Press-fit Slide Lid. The Chug Bottle or Straw Bottle can use either the Wide Mouth Lid, Flip Traveler Lid, or 360 Lid with hot beverages.
