If you are making a return there is an $9.95 return fee for using our FedEx return label through our return portal. If you are creating an exchange, the $9.95 fee is waived. If you would like to ship your return back using your own prepaid method, please reach out to hello@miir.com with your order and tracking number so we can issue you an RA number.
