To initiate an exchange, go to miir.com/returns. Enter your order number and shipping zip code to pull up the order you are returning.
You'll then be prompted to select the product you want to return for an exchange. After selecting the appropriate reason for the return, select "Exchange for new color or size". You will then be presented with the color and size options that are currently available in stock for an exchange. (if your item does not come in multiple colors or sizes, then no exchange options will show up.) You’ll see a note with "Exchange for size/color" on the bottom of the product card when you have finished your selections.
*Please note that our system is currently set up for exchange for different variations of the same style. We are not able to accommodate an exchange for a new style at this time. If you would prefer a different style, we recommend using the "Shop Now" feature for selecting a refund for store credit so that your $9.95 handing fee is waived. To access "Shop Now" select "Return item" as shown below.
Follow the above steps to select all products that you will be returning or exchanging, making sure they all show the "Return" or "Exchange" notice at the bottom of the card. To finish the return, click on the white box in the black footer that says "Continue with return" at the bottom of your screen.
On the final page, you will be presented with your return summary. You'll be able to select between an instant exchange, which will require you to enter your credit card information to protect your return and create your exchange immediately, or a traditional exchange in which your new order is not created until your return is received back at our facilities.
Finally, you will be presented with a link to download your prepaid return label to ship the product back to us, along with a return packing slip. This will also be emailed to you for future reference.
