How long does it take for my order to ship after it is placed?
We do our best to ship all orders within 2 business days (M-F) from the date of purchase. Orders placed after 7:00 AM PST will be processed the next business day.
Orders with personalized items take 3-5 business days to be processed.
Exceptions may occur during peak times (holidays, sales, special events, ect). If there is a question regarding your order, we will contact you directly. If you have questions about your order, please contact us at hello@miir.com.
When can I expect to receive my order?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Washington state. We offer the following shipping options:
- UPS SurePost - 2-7 Business Days (Non-US 48 destinations will have longer transit times)
- UPS 2nd Day Air - 2 Business Days
- UPS Next Day Air - 1 Business Day
*MiiR is not responsible for delays and change of delivery times once shipments are in possession of UPS.
Expedited Shipping
Orders using UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air should be placed by 7:00 AM PST to be processed on the same day. Expedited orders placed after 7:00 AM PST will require an additional business day (M-F) for processing.
UPS Next Day Air orders placed on Friday before 7:00 AM PST will ship the same day and deliver the following Monday. UPS Next Day Air orders placed on Friday after 7:00 AM PST will ship on Monday and deliver on Tuesday.
Non-shipping Holidays
Orders will not be processed or shipped and our offices will be closed on the following 2024 holidays:
New Years Day - January 1
MLK Day - January 15
President's Day - February 19
Juneteenth: June 19
Independence Day: July 4-5
Labor Day: Sept 2
Thanksgiving: November 28-29
Christmas: December 24-25
